We do not take responsibility for any Intellectual Property (IP) complaints, claims, or legal issues related to the products you sell on Amazon. This includes, but is not limited to, complaints related to copyright, trademark, patent infringement, or complaints related to the authenticity of the products. While we guarantee that our products are genuine, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the products listed on their account comply with Amazon’s IP policies.
3. Supply Chain Transparency
We guarantee that the products we provide are genuine and come from a legitimate supply chain. However, it is at our discretion whether or not to disclose details regarding the supply chain. We take all necessary steps to ensure the authenticity and quality of our products, but we reserve the right to keep certain supply chain information confidential.
4. Missing Products
We do not take responsibility for any missing products before, during, or after shipment. 6. Amazon Gating of Products
We do not take responsibility for products that are suddenly gated by Amazon. It is the client’s responsibility to monitor Amazon’s policies and ensure that their listings comply with any restrictions or changes made by Amazon.
