Welcome to WholesalePro, a distribution company specializing in supplying e-commerce sellers with profitable products to sell on platforms like Amazon. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by WholesalePro (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use our website or services.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Services We Provide
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Providing access to a curated list of profitable brand-name products.
- Selling products to you from our distribution company.
- Offering access to a list of over 2,000 wholesale suppliers for sourcing products.
- Preparing, packing, and shipping products directly to Amazon fulfillment centers for your business (using your Amazon Seller Account).
- Providing eBooks, scripts, and other materials to support your Amazon FBA business.
3. Product Availability and Pricing
- Product Availability: All products offer are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to update you with the most accurate information about products availability.
- Pricing: All prices for products and services are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary based on availability, demand, and other market conditions. You will be charged at the rate available at the time of your purchase.
- Payment Terms: Payment for products and services must be made in full via wire transfer or ACH. No products will be shipped until we have received full payment for the product(s) and any applicable prep fees.
4. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any products or services. All sales are final. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund, regardless of whether the products have been shipped or not.
If we are unable to ship products to Amazon fulfillment centers for any reason, you must provide the appropriate shipping labels within 30 days. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to retain the products and sell them to other clients.
5. Shipping Policy
- Shipping Process: Once we receive full payment and the products are available in our warehouse, we will begin processing your order. We will prep, pack, and ship the products directly to the Amazon Fulfillment Centers under your Amazon Seller Account.
- Carrier and Shipping Fees: Amazon assigns carriers for shipments. We do not control the delivery lead times, shipping costs, or carriers. Typically, Amazon offers the most cost- effective rates for shipments, but you acknowledge that we do not have control over these rates.
- Tracking: You can monitor the status of your shipments through your Amazon Seller Account under the “Shipments” tab.
6. Account Suspension or Deactivation
We do not take responsibility for any account suspensions or deactivations that may occur on your Amazon Seller Account, whether related to our products, services, or otherwise. You are solely responsible for complying with all Amazon policies and ensuring that your business is in good standing.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials provided by us are owned by WholesalePro or its licensors. You are not permitted to use any of these materials for commercial purposes without express written permission from us.
While we guarantee that our products are authentic and sourced from legitimate suppliers, we are not liable for any Intellectual Property (IP) complaints, including counterfeit complaints, that may be filed against you. We do not take responsibility for IP complaints related to the products purchased from our company, including counterfeit or infringement claims without proper test buys.
8. Limitation of Liability
WholesalePro is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, any financial loss, inventory loss, or damage to your Amazon Seller Account, business, or reputation.
We are also not responsible for inventory that is lost, damaged, or destroyed by Amazon during the fulfillment process. We make no guarantees regarding the performance of products sold by us, and we are not liable for any sales fluctuations or damages incurred by you.

10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you are violating these Terms and Conditions or engaging in any unlawful or unethical behavior.
